 Which means of payment are allowed?

JEWELIVERY offers a secure mean of payment to pay on the website where you will pay by debit card or credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard.

Is payment secure?

We have made the choice to use a powerful and rigorous tool to secure our payment methods. JEWELIVERY uses Payfort Internet Payment Gateway which provides complete, integrated, and secure electronic payment. It is fully compliant with international standards security systems “Verified by Visa & MasterCard Secure Code” which have strong authentication technologies to protect the online transactions from fraud.

JEWELIVERY has no ability to access confidential information relative to payment methods used by the buyer during purchase. Essentially, only Payfort is able to access this confidential information and it remains inaccessible to third parties.

When will I be charged?

When you pay for a product, you will be charged directly once ordered.

Can i pay cash on delivery?

The Cash on delivery service is only applicable within Lebanon and UAE. For all online purchases made outside Lebanon and UAE, transactions are made online on our secure payment getaway using credit or debit card.

Can I have an invoice/receipt for my order?

Once the product is ordered, you will receive an invoice by e-mail, completed at the time of purchase. The buyer will also be provided with a paper invoice included in the shipping.

Can I return a special ordered item?

Custom designed merchandise, special ordered items with engravings or personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Do you offer a warranty on the jewelry I purchase from Jewelivery?

Yes. We are staying true to our high standards of customer satisfaction, we offer a Lifetime Warranty to protect against manufacturer defects in craftsmanship. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear or damages, negligence, lack of regular maintenance, loss, or theft. 

Jewelivery offers a full statutory Warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for genuine branded Jewelivery products purchased from Jewelivery Online store or authorized Jewelivery retailers. The Warranty only covers damage that in the opinion of Jewelivery or an authorized Jewelivery retailer is not caused by accident or inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear, modification, or attempted repair.

Every item found to be defective under this warranty may be, at the discretion of Jewelivery or an authorized Jewelivery retailers: 

1. replaced by an identical piece, if available or 
2. Repaired depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product

This warranty service is provided free of charge for the first month after purchase. Please retain the purchase or delivery receipt, the gift receipt or the certificate of authenticity in case you have a warranty claim. The receipt or the certificate serves as proof of purchase and authenticity for products purchased and as evidence of entitlement to this warranty.
