Refund policy
Exchange (if applicable)
You may exchange most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery with the same value items or higher, excluding customized items all over the world. It must also be in the original packaging. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).
Only regular priced items can be exchanged with the same value items or higher, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us on info@jewelivery.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange.
We will respond with instructions for how to exchange items from your order.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an Exchange.
There are certain situations where deduction of initial amount might occur (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 25% Loss might occur on its initial price.
- Non collected packages. Up to 100% Loss might occur on its initial price depending on the return charge placed by the shipping carrier.
- Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be.
Refund (if applicable)
- Orders inside Lebanon, refund is not applicable but we can exchange your item within 10 days of your purchase date or a voucher with the full amount you can use later.
- Orders inside UAE, refund will be processed the same way of your original method of payment ( Cash / Credit ):
Cash: You will receive the same amount excluding shipping fees for the delivery and pick up of the returned order.
Credit / Tabby: 8% Transaction fees Charges will be deducted from the total order amount and rest will be refunded to the customer.
- International orders (outside Lebanon and UAE), your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be sent to info@jewelivery.com

- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Late refund: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping back
To return your product, you should mail your product to: info@jewelivery.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our head office in Beirut-Lebanon or Dubai-UAE. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To exchange your product, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
